Sorry, Sound over RDP works only over RDP now, but we will investigate the possibility of adding support of ICA. Please try our Sound over RDP in a standard RDP environment, if it's quality satisfies you, we may develop a version for Citrix. Please write to support@fabulatech.com with details. Thanks!

Hi, I've tried version 4.4 that was working well for a couple weeks but now the problem is back again. As soon as I restart the UON server the client devices are disconnected and the Fabulatech Shared USB devices in the device manager have question marks on them. I've sent some screenshots via mail but I can't find the log file you requested.

We are trying to reproduce the Problem#1 Meanwhile I'd like to ask you to send me C:\WINDOWS\system32\nspk-err.log and system info from both machines. SysInfo: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information -> File -> Save Please send it to support@fabulatech.com And could you please test if you receive the unnecessary data if not using PC2 and NSPK but receiving the data from com12 on PC1 (in other words remove NSPK and PC2 from your setup for this test).

Hello Alex, Thanks for your reply. We went through your forum and found that auto redirection of USB would help in detecting the usb on the server via RAS. Accordingly we were successful in redirecting via RAS over RemoteDesktop (RDP). But the same autoredirection is not successful via RAS over CITRIX. Kindly give us your suggestion.

Unfortunately we do not have Linux version of the product. And could you please describe everything in details? Did you manage to transmit any data from the devices to your PC? The more details the better.

| Please try to disable RNDIS mode on your device. As far as I understand the Mobile Center still does not detect your device, does not it? | ||

You did upgrade the Client machine to the version 4.4, did not you? Anyway we need the kernel memory dump and system info for analysis. Please follow my instructions: 1) Go to the System Properties ("Windows + Break" buttons on the keyboard) 2) Open "Advanced" tab 3) In the "Startup and Recovery" section press "Settings" button 4) Here you can see "Write debugging information" section. You must choose "Kernel memory dump" and remember the path to the file - MEMORY.DMP By default it's "%SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP" 5) Reproduce the BSOD once again 6) Go to the windows root folder and find that file: "Windows/MEMORY.DMP" 7) Zip this file and upload it to our FTP server (check your PM). SysInfo: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information -> File -> Save
