client causes bsod on disconnect

Running ver 3.1 using a usb biometric finger print scanner from zvetco biometrics - the p4000.
 
The application works beautifully, however, under windows xp sp2 with all latest windows patches, when you are finished with the device and use the usb over network client application to disconnect the device it causes the machine to crash (BSOD) and reboot.
 
Has anyone else seen this?

Hello guys!
BSOD is fixed and fingerprint zvetco biometrics - p4000 works fine now.
3.1.4 will be released soon!
