  host os: windows server 2003;vmware workstation;hasp lm (license manager on w2k3);
  guest  os: win xp (installed on vmware) ,hasp lm(on xp);
  one hasp hl net usb dongle.
   
  can two hasp lm use the dongle at the same time ?
  If can't, use your soft ,can I do that ?

Thanks for your question.
USB over Network provides exclusive access to the device. So only one lm can access the hasp at the time.
