I installed usbclient 3.1.8 beta version on winxp vmware image after restart image I found when I stop ftusbsrvc service, I can not start it again and always return "The service is not responding to the control function".
usbnet-err file said "3.1.8 beta: Error (5). Module: EngineIface (233)".

Please help me solve this issue. I need it fix as soon as possilbe! Thanks

Hello,

Please ensure that service is stopped successfully (ftusbsrvc.exe).

Then please kill the program UI process (usbclient.exe).
It's loaded even if the program UI window is closed.

Then try to start the service again.
